FirnPlanner は​ macOS 上で​動く​デイリープランナーです。​あなたが​書いた​予定・タスク・ふりかえりは、​あなたが​選んだ​フォルダの​ Markdown ファイルと​して、​あなたの​ Mac にだけ保存されます。​開発者の​サーバーは​ありません。 FirnPlanner is a daily planner that runs on macOS. The schedule, tasks, and reflections you write are saved only on your Mac, as Markdown files in a folder you choose. There is no server run by the developer.

通信が​発生する​場合When network communication occurs

通信が​発生するのは​次の​4つだけです。There are only four cases where FirnPlanner communicates over the network.

  1. The fetched events are stored on your Mac only, for display and offline caching, and are never sent anywhere else. Your sign-in credentials (token) are stored in the macOS Keychain. Signing out from Settings removes the credentials and the cached events, and revokes access on Google's side.
  2. Markdown に​画像の​ URL を​貼り付けた​場合: ​その​画像を​1回ダウンロードして、​あなたの​ Mac 内に​取り込みます。 When you paste an image URL into Markdown: FirnPlanner downloads that image once and stores it on your Mac.

When updating, it downloads the dmg from GitHub Releases. No information about your Mac or your files is sent.
  4. 匿名の​使用状況の​送信: アプリの​改善の​ために、​Google アナリティクス (Firebase Analytics) へ​次の​回数だけを​送ります: 起動、​1日の​締め、​Inbox から​日付へ​送る、​繰り返しの​登録、​スニペットの​差し込み。​タスクの​タイトル・本文・ファイル名・保存先など、​あなたが​書いた​内容は​一切​送りません。​設定「ファイル」の​「使用状況を​送信する」を​オフに​すると​止まります (既定は​オン)。 Anonymous usage statistics: To improve the app, FirnPlanner sends only event counts to Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics): app launches, closing a day, sending an Inbox item to a date, registering a recurring task, and inserting a snippet. It never sends anything you wrote — no task titles, body text, file names, or folder locations. You can stop this at any time by turning off "Send usage statistics" under Settings > Files (on by default).

取得する​データData we access

Google カレンダー連携を​オンに​して​ログインすると、​次の​データを​ Google から​読み取り専用で​取得します。 When you turn on Google Calendar integration and sign in, FirnPlanner reads the following data from Google, read-only.

  • アカウントの​メールアドレス (スコープ openid, email) Your account email address (scope openid, email)

  • 予定の​ ID、​タイトル、​開始・終了日時、​終日か​どうか (スコープ calendar.readonly) Event ID, title, start/end time, and whether it is all-day (scope calendar.readonly)

参加者、​場所、​説明文など、​これ以外の​項目は​取得も​保存もしません。 FirnPlanner does not access or store anything else, such as attendees, location, or the event description.

使い道How we use it

メールアドレスは、​設定画面に​ログイン中の​アカウントを​表示する​ためと、​予定の​キャッシュを​アカウントごとに​分ける​ためにだけ​使います。​カレンダーと​予定は、​その​日の​タイムラインに​表示する​ためにだけ​使います。​予定の​作成・変更・削除は​行いません。 The email address is used only to show which account is signed in on the Settings screen, and to keep the cached events separate per account. Calendars and events are used only to display them on the day's timeline. FirnPlanner never creates, changes, or deletes your events.

保存場所と​保護Where data is stored and how it is protected

  • Google との​通信は​すべて​ HTTPS (TLS) で​暗号化されます。 All communication with Google is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
  • ログイン情報 (アクセストークンと​リフレッシュトークン) は​ macOS の​キーチェーンに​保存され、​OS に​よって​暗号化されます。 Your sign-in credentials (access token and refresh token) are stored in the macOS Keychain, where the OS encrypts them.
  • 取得した​予定は、​オフライン時の​表示の​ために、​あなたの​ Mac の​ ~/Library/Application Support/FirnPlanner/ 内に​保存します。​ファイル名は​アカウントと​カレンダーを​ハッシュ化した​もので、​ファイル名から​誰の​カレンダーかは​分かりません。 Fetched events are cached in ~/Library/Application Support/FirnPlanner/ on your Mac, for display when you are offline. File names are a hash of the account and calendar, so a file name does not reveal whose calendar it belongs to.

共有Sharing

This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

保持と​削除Retention and deletion

設定から​ログアウトすると、​ログイン情報と​予定の​キャッシュを​あなたの​ Mac から​削除し、​Google 側の​アクセス権も​取り消します。​Google アカウントの​「サードパーティの​アクセス」からも、​いつでも​取り消せます。 Signing out from Settings deletes your credentials and the cached events from your Mac, and revokes access on Google's side. You can also revoke access at any time from the "Third-party access" section of your Google account.

解析・トラッキングAnalytics and tracking

It collects page views and clicks on the "Download latest" and "Report a bug or request" buttons, plus language and theme switches — nothing else.

Cookieは​使いません (ブラウザに​保存しない​設定で​動かしています)。​IPアドレスも​保存されません。​集めた​数字は、​配布の​様子を​知る​目的にだけ​使います。 It does not use cookies (the tag runs without browser storage). It does not store IP addresses either. The numbers collected are used only to understand how the app is being distributed.

These also go to Google Analytics, and can be turned off in Settings.

データの​削除Deleting your data

ファイルは​あなたの​フォルダに​あるので、​削除は​あなたが​行えます。​Google との​接続解除は、​アプリの​設定からの​ログアウト、​または​ Google アカウントの​「サードパーティの​アクセス」から​取り消せます。 Since your files live in a folder you chose, you can delete them yourself. You can disconnect Google either by signing out from the app's Settings, or by revoking access from the "Third-party access" section of your Google account.
